Brian is a seasoned senior executive with over 30 years of experience as an Owner and CEO of a prominent multinational manufacturing business (later sold to a private equity firm). His expertise encompasses Strategic Planning, Organizational Health, Leadership Development, Operational Excellence, and Business Development.
He has served on numerous for-profit and non-profit boards and is passionate about initiatives that serve the common good.
Brian holds a BA in Economics from Union College and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Jeremy is an award-winning senior marketing executive with 20+ years of experience helping mission-driven businesses reveal their inherent drama and engage with their key audiences.
Prior to founding the Little J Marketing Co., he helped lead and grow a prominent, national non-profit organization. He has over two decades of experience providing strategic and creative direction through broadcast, print, direct, and digital services.
Jeremy holds a BSBA with an emphasis in Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University.
Matthew holds a MA from Yale University and a PhD from the University of Chicago in religious ethics.
He is the author and editor of four books and numerous articles and taught as a tenured professor for a decade before becoming the senior director of a global educational institute.
He is a co-founder of Advantage DES and primary creator of its training content. Petrusek is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Conor Dugan is a partner with SouthBank Legal in its Grand Rapids, Michigan office and has a national litigation and counseling practice.
Before entering private practice, he spent nearly seven years with the Department of Justice in its Civil Rights Division. Conor has led Title IX Investigations, advised on the applicability and ramifications of FERPA, and federal and state discrimination law, and offered crisis counseling to educational institutions.
Conor holds an AB in Government from Dartmouth College and a JD from Notre Dame Law School.
